From opening Porto with Chef Jody Adams, to shaking things up down the street at Catalyst, and most recently managing the cocktail programs at 907 Main -- Molli brings 10+ years of experience to The Dial & Blue Owl, working behind some of Boston's best craft cocktail bars. Originally from LA, she moved to Boston to attend Berklee College where she studied film composition; it wasn't long until and fell in love with the city's restaurant scene. Molli's creativity shines through Blue Owl's global-inspired menu, featuring 20+ cocktails with spirits from all over the world.
